I have been heavily invested in fitness for the last 15 years. Having transformed my body from someone who was overweight and unhealthy to becoming lean and muscular with a healthy balanced diet.

I am a fully qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer who specialises in Obesity & Diabetes.

I ensure that I keep active every day by walking as well as more formal cardio in a gym setting. I currently weight train 5 times a week.

With the wealth of knowledge, I have from my wide experience in the fitness industry as well as my formal qualifications I am able to ensure that I can help you achieve your goal by working with whatever situation and circumstance you are in.
